Below is a list of the subprocessors engaged by the Teamtailor group for processing personal data on behalf of Teamtailor’ customers using our EU Region.
An equivalent list is available on request for customers using our US Region.
The list is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Teamtailor, subject to applicable laws and notification requirements under contractual arrangements.
We have entered into adequate contractual agreements with all of our subprocessors, corresponding to the Data Processing Agreement between Teamtailor and our customers.
Where the use of a subprocessor involves a transfer of personal data outside the EU/EEA, we have ensured that a transfer mechanism recognized under the GDPR (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses from June 2021) applies for the transfer.
We have also created a transfer impact assessment, available on request, that can serve as a basis for a customer’s own transfer impact assessment.

** For Office365 and Exchange, Cronofy Ltd requires full mailbox access due to the permission model. Cronofy will only have access to the data, not use it. ***Section.io inc has no storage of personal data. However, during encryption/decryption of requests they will temporarily have technical access to the data sent from the Candidate to Teamtailor.
